About

Alysa D. Lambert, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a Professor in Human Resource Management in the School of Business at Indiana University Southeast, New Albany, IN. She also serves as Director of Graduate Business Programs. She received her PhD from the State University of New York at Albany in Organizational Studies, specializing in Human Resource Management. Her major research and teaching interests focus in human resources, specifically in work-life balance issues, such as flexible work arrangements, employee benefits and e-learning. She has published work in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Managerial Issues, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology in Criminal Justice, Management Teaching Review and the Work and Family Encyclopedia.
