Amy Becker

Amy Becker graduated with a Master of Arts in English Literature from Emporia State University in Kansas, where she was a graduate assistant in the ESU Marketing and Communications Department. She spent 15 years as an adjunct English professor at several community colleges, all while working as a freelance journalist.

In 2016, she pursued journalism full-time as a news writer at iHeart Radio, before taking a position as the Digital Communications Specialist at Indiana University Southeast. She manages the university's official social media channels and writes web content, stories, and other communication pieces.
