Ashley Douds

Ashley has subsurface experience with over 25 years experience in U.S. conventional and unconventional plays of the Appalachian, Permian, and Rocky Mountain Basins, South Texas oil fields, Gulf of Mexico, as well as international plays offshore Brazil and Nigeria.  Ashley specializes in integrating information from many tools including sequence stratigraphy, geochemistry, geophysics and petrophysics.  She received her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Geology from West Virginia University.  As a Research Geologist at the Indiana Geological and Water Survey, Ashley's current focus includes all things energy-related in Indiana including carbon sequestration, oil and gas, and critical minerals.
